מחיקה מתוך האפליקציה (מיידית)
- מתחברים לאפליקציה או לאתר.
- נכנסים ללשונית פרופיל בסרגל התחתון.
- בחלק פרטיות ומידע בוחרים מחיקת חשבון.
- מקלידים מחק את החשבון ולוחצים מחק.
המחיקה מתבצעת מיד ואי אפשר לבטל אותה. לפני המחיקה אפשר להוריד עותק של המידע שלך (ייצוא המידע שלי, באותו מקום).
בקשת מחיקה בלי האפליקציה
שלחו דוא״ל אל support@watchus.co.il עם הנושא "בקשה למחיקת חשבון", וציינו את מספר הטלפון או כתובת הדוא״ל שאיתם התחברתם.
כדי שאף אחד לא ימחק חשבון של מישהו אחר, נבקש לאמת שהחשבון שלכם לפני המחיקה, למשל תשובה מאותה כתובת דוא״ל. נטפל בבקשה ונשיב בתוך 30 ימים לכל היותר.
מה נמחק
- החשבון עצמו ופרטי ההתחברות.
- הפרופיל: שם, מספר טלפון, דוא״ל, האווטאר שבחרת, ההגדרות והערים שבחרת.
- היסטוריית ההתחברויות והיסטוריית הנקודות.
- מזהי ההתראות של המכשירים שלך (לא יישלחו אליך עוד התראות), ההתראות שקיבלת באפליקציה ויומן ההתראות שנשלחו אליך.
- רשימת המשתמשים שחסמת ונתוני הגבלת קצב.
- רישומי הצפייה שלך בדיווחים (הרישום שכבר צפית בדיווח, כדי שלא תיספר פעמיים). מספר הצפיות שמוצג בדיווח הוא מונה מצטבר ואינו יורד.
מה נשמר, בלי פרטים מזהים
- דיווחים, תמונות וסרטונים שהעלית נשארים ברשת למטרות בטיחות, בלי קשר אליך: השם ומזהה החשבון מוסרים ובמקומם מופיע "משתמש שנמחק". מתמונות מוסרים נתונים נסתרים (מיקום GPS, פרטי המכשיר ומועד הצילום), ופנים ולוחיות רישוי בהן מטושטשים אוטומטית; גם מסרטונים נתונים אלה מוסרים בשרת מיד לאחר ההעלאה. התוכן עצמו, כלומר טקסט הדיווח, מה שנראה בתמונה או בסרטון ומיקום האירוע, נשאר כפי שהוא (פרט לטשטוש בתמונות). תמונות שהוסתרו כי לא ניתן היה לטשטש אותן נמחקות עם החשבון.
- תגובות בדיונים על אירועים נשארות, עם השם "משתמש שנמחק" ובלי מזהה החשבון.
- הודעות בקבוצות משמר נשארות עם השם "משתמש שנמחק", ומיקום ששיתפת בצ׳אט של הקבוצה נמחק מהן. החברות שלך בקבוצות ובקשות ההצטרפות שלך נמחקות.
- קבוצת משמר שיצרת נשארת פעילה בלי שמך, בניהול המנהלים האחרים שלה, ואם אין בה מנהל אחר – בניהול צוות WatchUs. קבוצה שאין בה אף חבר אחר נמחקת יחד עם ההודעות שלה.
- דיווחים על תוכן שהגשת או שהוגשו על תוכן שלך נשמרים לצורכי טיפול, פיקוח ומניעת שימוש לרעה, בלי שמך ובלי מזהה החשבון. העתק של התוכן שדווח נשמר בדיווח לצורך הטיפול בו.
- אימותים שנתת נשארים כמספר בלבד, בלי הזהות שלך.
אם תרצו שתוכן מסוים יוסר לגמרי, מחקו אותו לפני מחיקת החשבון, או שלחו בקשה להסרת מידע.
מה נשמר לתקופה מוגבלת
- רשומה פנימית שהחשבון נמחק (מזהה פנימי ותאריך הבקשה, בלי שם, טלפון או דוא״ל), שמונעת שחזור של החשבון באמצע המחיקה. היא נמחקת אוטומטית.
- יומני שרת טכניים נשמרים עד 30 יום, ויומני ביקורת של פעולות בתשתית הענן עד 400 יום. הם עשויים לכלול את המזהה הפנימי של החשבון.
- אם צוות WatchUs ביצע פעולה על החשבון (למשל השעיה או מחיקה), תיעוד הפעולה נשמר לצורכי בקרה ונמחק אוטומטית.
- עותקי גיבוי של מסד הנתונים נשמרים עד 14 יום (ושחזור לנקודת זמן עד 7 ימים), וקבצים שנמחקו, כמו תמונות וסרטונים, ניתנים לשחזור עד 30 יום. מידע שנמחק נשאר בהם עד שהוא נמחק מהם אוטומטית בתום התקופה.
- בקשות להסרת מידע נשמרות לצורך הטיפול בהן. עם סיום הטיפול נמחקים מהבקשה השם, הדוא״ל והפרטים שכתבת, ושאר הבקשה (הקישור, הסיבה ותוצאת הטיפול) נשמרת לתיעוד ונמחקת אוטומטית. אם הגשת בקשה כשהיית מחובר/ת, הקישור לחשבונך מוסר ממנה עם מחיקת החשבון.

Delete your WatchUs Israel account
Delete in the app (immediate)
- Sign in to the app or the website.
- Open the Profile tab (פרופיל) in the bottom bar.
- Under Privacy and data (פרטיות ומידע) choose Delete account (מחיקת חשבון).
- Type מחק את החשבון and tap Delete (מחק).
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You can download a copy of your data first (Export my data, in the same place).
Request deletion without the app
Email support@watchus.co.il with the subject "Account deletion request" and the phone number or email address you signed in with.
So nobody can delete someone else's account, we will ask you to confirm the account is yours before deleting it, for example by replying from that email address. We handle requests and reply within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
- The account itself and its sign-in details.
- Your profile: name, phone number, email, chosen avatar, settings and chosen cities.
- Your sign-in history and points history.
- Your devices' notification IDs (no more notifications are sent to you), the notifications you received in the app and the log of notifications sent to you.
- Your block list and rate-limit data.
- Your view records on reports (the record that you already viewed a report, so it is not counted twice). The view count shown on a report is a cumulative count and does not go down.
What is kept, without identifying details
- Reports, photos and videos you posted stay on the network for public-safety purposes, disconnected from you: your name and account ID are removed and "Deleted user" is shown instead. Hidden metadata (GPS location, device details and capture time) is removed from photos; in videos the file's own data may remain, including a GPS location if the device recorded one. The content itself (the report text, what the photo or video shows and the incident location) stays as it is.
- Comments in incident discussions stay, shown as "Deleted user" and without your account ID.
- Messages in patrol groups stay, shown as "Deleted user", and any location you shared in the group chat is removed from them. Your group memberships and join requests are deleted.
- A patrol group you created stays active without your name, managed by its other admins, or by the WatchUs team if it has no other admin. A group with no other members is deleted together with its messages.
- Content reports you filed, or that were filed about your content, are kept for handling, oversight and abuse prevention, without your name or account ID. A copy of the reported content is kept in the report so it can be handled.
- Verifications you gave stay as counts only, without your identity.
If you want specific content removed entirely, delete it before deleting your account, or send a removal request.
What is kept for a limited time
- An internal record that the account was deleted (an internal ID and the request date, with no name, phone or email), which stops the account from being recreated while it is being deleted. It is deleted automatically.
- Technical server logs are kept for up to 30 days, and audit logs of actions on the cloud infrastructure for up to 400 days. They may include the account's internal ID.
- If the WatchUs team took an action on the account (for example a suspension or a deletion), the record of that action is kept for oversight and deleted automatically.
- Database backups are kept for up to 14 days (with point-in-time recovery for up to 7 days), and deleted files such as photos and videos can be restored for up to 30 days. Deleted data stays in them until it is removed automatically at the end of that period.
- Requests to remove information are kept while they are handled. When a request is closed, the name, email and details you wrote are deleted from it; the rest (the link, the reason and the outcome) is kept for record-keeping and deleted automatically. If you filed a request while signed in, the link to your account is removed from it when the account is deleted.
